Please note that

our special room rates can only be guaranteed for DocuWorld participants by booking via the hotel's dedicated reservation website and
seats in our breakout sessions are limited – they are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

When should I arrive?

The official kick-off for the partner conference is on Wednesday, 22.04.2026, at approximately 08.30 a.m. This means, it´s best to arrive on Tuesday, 21.04.2026, at the conference hotel. On Tuesday, registration will be staffed from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

How do I get to the event hotel?

Please organise your own journey from Berlin Airport or Berlin Central Station (public transport, hire car, taxi, etc.). The distance from Berlin Airport (BER ) is approx. 13 km and the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station is a three-minute walk away.

How do I get from the hotel back to the airport / central station at the end of the event?

On Friday, 24.04.2026, please organize your own transport from the hotel to the main train station or airport (BER).

What´s the cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

Cancellation conditions for the DocuWorld Partner Conference 2026:

The free cancellation period for individual reservations made via the call-off contingent is 4 weeks before arrival. Reservations cancelled after this time or no-shows will be charged at 80% of the agreed room rate.
This also applies in the event that you do not show up for the event despite registration.

How do I book my room?

You’ll find the link to book your room at the preferential rate in your confirmation email. If you have any trouble locating it, please get in touch with us at docuworld@docuware.com.

If you have any special requests, such as a longer stay, you can also contact the hotel by telephone at 0049 30 / 6831 22522 or by e-mail at reservierung@estrel.com.

Which payment methods are available?

For the room booking (hotel room rates (per night, excl. breakfast, 25 EUR, plus City Tax) - double room in single occupancy: 175 EUR / double room in double occupancy: 187 EUR - you will need a credit card, which will only be deposited as a guarantee. At check-in you will be asked how you would like to pay. You can pay by credit card, cash or invoice. If you wish to pay by invoice, a valid declaration of assumption of costs must be sent to the hotel before arrival. I sent in my DocuWorld registration and reserved a hotel room – but now my travel dates have changed and / or I need to change my hotel/room reservation? Who should I contact?

Please send an e-mail in German or English to hotel@estrel.com if you wish to change your reservation or to docuworld@docuware.com if you have any questions about the organisation of the event.

I have some questions about the breakout sessions itself. Who can help?

In what languages will presentations be held?

The sales-focused Breakout-Sessions on Wednesday and Thursday will be held in German, English, French, Spanish and Italian, while the tech-focused Breakout-Sessions will only be held in English. The General Session on Wednesday will take place in English (app-supported translation into various languages available).

Is there a dress code?

In general, (smart) casual applies. However, for the evening event on Thursday, 23 April 2026, we ask that you wear appropriate evening attire.

Is there an event app?

An event app will be available (expected in March) as a free download again.

Photos & Video Notice

Please be aware that photos and video recordings will be taken during the event for public relations purposes. The selection of persons is more or less random. They will be published on the DocuWare homepage, in print media and social media channels.

What happens if I register and do not turn up to the event (‘no-show’)?

If you have to cancel on or after 22.03.2026 or do not appear, we will charge your company a fee for late cancellation/non-appearance (so-called ‘no-show’) in the amount of 800.00 euros net per person.
