Please note that

• our special room rates can only be guaranteed for DocuWorld participants by booking via the hotel's dedicated reservation website and
• seats in our breakout sessions are limited – they are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The official kick-off for the partner conference is on Thursday, 25.04.2024, 08.30 a.m. This means, it´s best to arrive on Wednesday, 24.04.2024, at the conference hotel. On Wednesday, registration will be staffed from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Please organize your own travel arrangements from the airports or Berlin’s main train station (public transportation, rental car, cab, etc.). The distance from Berlin Airport (BER) is about 30 km; and about 3 km from the main train station.

You should organize your own return journey from the hotel to the main train station on Friday, 26.04.2024. DocuWare will provide shuttle busses to the airport (BER) at 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. The booking of the transfer is required when registering for the conference. 

Cancellation conditions for the DocuWorld Partner Conference 2024:

• The free cancellation period for individual reservations made through our reservation pool is 14 days before arrival. Reservations that are cancelled or no-show after this time will be charged at 90% of the agreed room rate.
• This also applies in the event that you do not show up for the event despite registration.
• The hotel's terms and conditions apply, which are stated during the booking process.

You will need a credit card to book your room (Room prices (per night, include breakfast) – Double room for single usage, per room: 199 EUR / Double room in double occupancy, per room: 229 EUR), but this will only be used as a guarantee. At check-in, you will be asked how you would like to pay. You can then pay by credit card, cash or invoice. If you would like to pay by invoice, a valid cost assumption declaration must be sent to the hotel before arrival. The breakout sessions on Thursday and Friday will be held in German, English, French and Spanish – the general session on Thursday will be held in German and English (simultaneous translations into Spanish and French).

In general, business casual. For the evening program - The Night of the Champions -  on Thursday, 25.04.2024, we recommend a little upgrade (blazer and tie).

An event app will be available (by March) as a free download again. 

Please be aware that photos and video recordings will be taken during the event for public relations purposes. The selection of persons is more or less random. They will be published on the DocuWare homepage, in print media and social media channels.
