Important conference details

There is no registration fee for Authorized DocuWare Partners to attend the Partner Conference, however, our late cancellation and no-show policy does apply:
we will only invoice your company $850 if the registrant is a no-show at the conference or if there is a late cancellation (after April 25, 2025).

The conference includes participation in:

  • General and breakout sessions
  • Meals: Breakfast and Lunch (Wednesday, Thursday), Dinner (Thursday) 

The DocuWorld conference hotel, The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, is located in one of the most favored areas of Jacksonville. Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is 20 minutes from the hotel. 

Bus Transportation on Friday, May 23
DocuWare will provide free bus service to Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). We will have two buses (for approx. 100 people) departing the hotel at 7:15 a.m. and two buses departing the hotel at 9:15 a.m. Seating is on a first-come first-served basis.

Prepare your laptop prior to traveling to DocuWorld
You will not be provided the bandwidth to download VMs at the event, so prepare your laptop prior to traveling to Jacksonville.

We have a room block on hold at the hotel which offers DocuWorld attendees the special discounted rate of $199 per night. Discounted rates are available until April 25, based on room block availability.
