Important conference details
There is no registration fee for Authorized DocuWare Partners to attend the Partner Conference, however, our late cancellation and no-show policy does apply: we will only invoice your company $850 if the registrant is a no-show at the conference or if there is a late cancellation (on or after April 19, 2024).
The conference includes participation in:
- General and breakout sessions
- Meals: Breakfast (Thursday, Friday), Lunch (Thursday, Friday), Dinner (Thursday)
The DocuWorld conference hotel, The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria, is located in one of the most favored areas of Houston. Their state-of-the-art meeting space will provide us with a great educational environment. George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is 25 miles from the hotel.
Bus Transportation on Friday, May 17
DocuWare will provide free bus service to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). We will have two buses (for approx. 100 people) departing the hotel at 12:15 p.m. and two buses departing the hotel at 2:30 p.m. Seating is on a first-come first-served basis.
Prepare your laptop prior to traveling to DocuWorld
You will not be provided the bandwidth to download VMs at the event, so prepare your laptop prior to traveling to Houston.

Simply register for the sales or technical track and attend which sessions you wish at the event. The same applies for the executive registration.

The hotel room block is sold out.
We have a room block on hold at the hotel which offers DocuWorld attendees the special discounted rate of $169 per night (single or double occupancy). Discounted rates are available until April 26, based on room block availability.
The conference app is a helpful companion for DocuWorld attendees. It’s a great resource that contains the latest information on the agenda, speakers, sponsors, and much more.
