Registration

There is no registration fee for Authorized DocuWare Partners to attend the Partner Conference, however, our late cancellation and no-show policy does apply:
we will only invoice your company $850 if the registrant is a no-show at the conference or if there is a late cancellation (after April 24, 2026).

The conference includes participation in:

• General and breakout sessions
• Meals: Breakfast and Lunch (Wednesday, Thursday), Dinner (Thursday) 

The DocuWorld conference hotel is the Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel.

Please note: There are two Loews hotels in the area. The Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel in Rosemont, IL is just a 10-minute ride from the Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD). Be sure not to go to the Loews Chicago Hotel in downtown Chicago, as it is a different hotel.

Attendance at DocuWorld breakout sessions is mandatory for your team’s DocuWare recertifications.

1. Attend at least 4 of the 5 DocuWorld breakout sessions of your selected training path. You can register for English DSE (Sales), English DTE (Technical), or Spanish DSE (Sales).
2. After DocuWorld, complete the online DocuWare Academy recertification path once it becomes available.

To earn your dual recertification, simply register for and attend your selected training path. Completion of both online DSE and DTE training modules (Step 2) is still required for each certification path.
