The Partner Conference kicks off with a networking lite breakfast on Thursday, May 16 and concludes after a sit-and-network or grab-and-go lunch on Friday, May 17.

What is planned for the Diamond Club Members?
A Diamond Club celebration dinner event will take place on Wednesday, May 15. We’ll be having a fun evening at Top Golf. Diamond Club Members will receive an invitation with details. Diamond Club Members are also entitled to bring a guest to the Thursday evening Partner dinner.
Is there anything planned for a new Partner if this is their first time at a DocuWorld Conference?
Yes, a New Partner Reception will take place Thursday, May 16 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. for the opportunity to get to know DocuWare attending staff. New Partners will receive an invitation with details.
Will there be any translation services provided?
We will have simultaneous translation to Spanish during the Thursday morning general session and keynote.
Does DocuWare provide transportation to the airport when the breakout sessions end on Friday, May 17?
Yes. On Friday, May 17, DocuWare will provide free bus transportation to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). We will have two buses (for approx. 100 people) departing the hotel at 12:15 p.m. and two buses departing the hotel at 2:30 p.m. Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis. You can bring your luggage and keep it in the breakfast ballroom so that when training is done, you can have it handy for a quick departure should you need to catch the first bus out.
When does the Partner Conference end so I can book my flight home?
The last session on Friday, May 17, ends at 12:00 p.m. therefore your flight time should not be before 3:00 p.m. There will be a grab-and-go or sit-and-network lunch from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
What is the dress code?
The conference dress code is business attire; this is a city hotel property. For the Thursday evening Night of Champions Partner dinner at the Stampede, western-inspired attire is recommended. Your badge is required for admission to all sessions and meals/dinners.
Can I bring a guest to the dinners?
One of the perks of being in the Diamond Club is that only these members can bring a guest to the conference dinners.
How old do you need to be to attend the Thursday evening dinner at the Stampede?
You must be 21 years of age or older to attend the dinner event at the Stampede.
How do I modify or cancel my hotel registration? Is there a cancellation fee?
Click here to modify or cancel your hotel registration. There is no cancellation fee if canceled 48 hours prior to arrival.
How do I modify or cancel my Partner Conference registration? Is there a fee to cancel?
To cancel your Partner Conference registration, email: nicole.smajda@docuware.com. If you must cancel on or after April 19, or are a no-show, we will invoice your company a late cancel/no show fee of $850.00 per person.
Your hotel reservations must be canceled directly with the hotel. See link in above question/answer.
