When should I arrive and depart the conference hotel?

The Partner Conference kicks off at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20 with a networking breakfast and General Session. The last activity is the dinner on Thursday, May 21.

Please note: There are two Loews hotels in the area. DocuWorld is taking place at the Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel in Rosemont, IL, just a 10-minute ride from the Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD). Be sure not to go to the Loews Chicago Hotel in downtown Chicago, as it is a different hotel.

Does DocuWare provide transportation to the airport on Friday, May 22?

The Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel provides complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) airport, running every 15 minutes, 24/7.

When departing from the hotel to go to the airport, the shuttles drop guests off at their designated terminal, except for Terminal 5 (International). For flights departing from Terminal 5, guests will need to take the airport tram to reach that terminal after arriving at the airport.

To use the shuttle at the airport to get to the hotel, proceed to the lower level of Terminal 2, where you'll find all the shuttle buses. Look for the blue Loews Chicago O'Hare shuttle, which picks up passengers at location 2C.

Is there an airlines discount code to book my flight to DocuWorld?

What is planned for the Diamond Club Members?

A special Diamond Club celebration dinner is planned for Wednesday, May 20, on the 99th floor of the Skydeck Chicago in the Willis Tower. Members will receive an invitation with full event details.

In addition, Diamond Club Members may bring one guest to the Partner Dinner on Thursday evening.

Is there anything planned for a new Partner if this is their first time at a DocuWorld Conference?

Yes, a New Partner Welcome Reception will take place for you to meet DocuWare C- and management-level attendees. New Partners will receive an invitation with details.

Will there be any translation services provided?

We will have simultaneous translation to Spanish during the Wednesday morning general session.

What is the dress code?

The conference dress code is business attire; this is a city hotel property. For the Thursday Night of Champions dinner, the dress code is smart evening attire. Your badge is required for admission to all sessions and meals/dinners.

Can I bring a guest to the Thursday evening dinner?

One of the perks of being in the Diamond Club is that only these members can bring a guest to the Thursday dinner.

How do I modify or cancel my hotel registration? Is there a cancellation fee?

Please refer to the hotel confirmation you received when you booked your hotel. Your hotel reservations must be modified or canceled directly with the hotel.

Hotel cancellation policy requires guests to cancel by 4 pm local time 24 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty fee of 1 night's room and tax.

How do I modify or cancel my Partner Conference registration? Is there a fee to cancel?

To cancel your Partner Conference registration, go to your personalized registration link and click cancel, or email docuworld@docuware.com. If you must cancel after April 24, 2026, or are a no-show, we will invoice your company a late cancel/no show fee of $850.00 per person as noted on your registration form and confirmation.

Your hotel reservations must be canceled directly with the hotel.
