Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I register and do not turn up to the event (‘no-show’)?

If you have to cancel on or after 28.05.2026 or do not appear, we will charge your company a fee for late cancellation/non-appearance (so-called ‘no-show’) in the amount of 500.00 USD net per person.

How to join.

Participation in DocuWorld is free of charge for DocuWare Partners. All participants must organize and cover their own costs for travel and accomodation. 3 Quick Steps to Join in ...

  • Sign up for DocuWorld
    Registration opens in February 2026. Each DocuWare Partner will receive an individual invitation by email.
  • Book your hotel room
  • Book your flight to Bangkok

Please note that

  • our special room rates can only be guaranteed for DocuWorld participants by booking via the hotel's dedicated reservation website and
  • spots in our breakout sessions are limited – they are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

When should I arrive?

The official kick-off for the partner conference is on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, 09.00 a.m. This means, it´s best to arrive on Tuesday evening, June 16, 2026, at the conference hotel. Registration will be staffed on Wednesday morning.

How do I get to the event hotel?

Please organize your own travel arrangements from the airports to the venue. The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok, approximately 45 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and 40 minutes from Don Mueang Airport.

How do I get from the hotel back to the airport at the end of the event?

Please organize your own return journey from the hotel to the airport.

What's the cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

Cancellation conditions for the DocuWorld Partner Conference 2026:

  • The free cancellation period for individual reservations made through our reservation pool is 4 weeks before arrival. Reservations that are cancelled or no-show after this time will be charged at 100% of the agreed room rate.
  • This also applies in the event that you do not show up for the event despite registration.
  • The hotel conditions apply, which are presented transparently during the booking process.

How do I book my room?

You will receive a link in your invitation to book your room at our preferred rate at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok.

Which payment methods are available?

You will need a credit card to book your room. The rates are 4,900 THB for a single room and 5,200 THB for a double room, both including breakfast.

I sent in my DocuWorld registration and reserved a hotel room – but now my travel dates have changed and / or I need to change my hotel/room reservation? Who should I contact?

In what languages will presentations be held?

All sessions (general and breakout sessions) will be held in English.

 

Is there a dress code?

In general, business casual. For dinner on Wednesday evening, June 17, we recommend a little upgrade (blazer and tie).

Is there an event app?

An event app will be available (expected in March) as a free download again.

Photos & Video Notice

Please be aware that photos and video recordings will be taken during the event for public relations purposes. The selection of persons is more or less random. They will be published on the DocuWare homepage, in print media and social media channels.
