The Partner receives a discount on the recommended sales prices for all DocuWare software products as well as maintenance and support subscriptions. The margin is based on the sales volume and the cancellation rate.
In order to achieve a higher discount level, new Partners can sign a "Professional Solution Selling Program (PSSP)" with DocuWare, which defines sales levels based on sales activities.
The minimum term of a Partner contract is twelve months. The contract then runs for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with three months' notice to the end of the calendar year.
An Authorized DocuWare Partner (ADP) Startup Package is: participation for up to four employees in sales and technical training and exams, comprehensive marketing and sales materials, field sales support (not applicable for Base level partners,) and a lead generation program, as well as your choice of a cloud or on-premises collection of DocuWare software products. These software products should be used for presentation purposes and for internal use only at up to two locations and cannot be used for generating revenue in the partner's company. It also includes admission to our annual Partner conference, DocuWorld.
A DocuWare Cloud Partner (DCP) Startup Package is: participation in sales and technical training and exams, comprehensive marketing and sales materials, inside sales support, as well as a DocuWare Cloud Professional solution. This solution should be used for presentation purposes and for internal use only and cannot be used for generating revenue in the partner's company.
To ensure maximum customer satisfaction, the Partner is required to use DocuWare’s professional services team for their first three implementations with the Partner’s DocuWare System Consultant (DSC) assisting.
After that, the Partner should have a good understanding to provide their own professional services.

The DocuWare certification program offers the best possible training to teach our resellers how to: sell, present, implement and support a professional document management solution.
Our trainings consist of e-learning courses for self-study, classroom trainings and exams depending on which certification you need. Annual recertifications are required.

This includes, among other things, setting up trial cloud accounts for prospects and for themselves for demo purposes, contract alerts about upcoming support contracts, license downloads, or the creation and tracking of support cases.
Yes, DocuWare holds an annual Partner conference named DocuWorld. This event features learning and networking with peers, the DocuWare team, and alliance companies; sharing ideas and insight into the latest office technology products and solutions in the field of information management. This conference also provides our Partners the opportunity for their recertification classroom training.
Yes, most marketing assets can be easily personalized. Using My Media, a Partner has unlimited access to sales materials, such as product information, case studies, invitations and more where they can place their logo, name and contact information on-demand as needed.
