To aid our support efforts, we’ve made a change to Intelligent Indexing as a locally installed service: for new customers starting in April 2023, we will no longer support Linux servers as an operating system for Intelligent Indexing on-premises. For all existing customers who already use Intelligent Indexing on-premises with a Linux server, DocuWare will continue to offer the usual support.
