As of July 1, 2024, DocuWare will be discontinuing its program with Evolved Office to launch a new program, DocuWare Marketing as a Service (MaaS).
Please note that if you have a paid account directly with Evolved Office, this does not affect your account access, however, you will no longer have access to DocuWare content. Before the end of June, please download your contact lists and any reporting from your account dashboard that you may want.
Marketing as a Service
DocuWare is excited to announce the launch of its new program, DocuWare Marketing as a Service (MaaS), which represents a shift from traditional email marketing to a comprehensive service model. MaaS caters to diverse Partner needs by providing tailored resources and support, including customized kits, skill-building webinars, and ongoing assistance as they navigate marketing challenges.
Introducing Showme DocuWare
DocuWare’s first offering from Marketing as a Service is Showme DocuWare which was introduced at DocuWorld. These customized guided tours are designed to empower Partners with co-branded content and enhance their sales efforts. Partners can create co-branded landing pages for their clients, showcase DocuWare solution use cases to potential customers, and add their logo and “about us” content to make the content uniquely theirs. Guided tours can be used to enhance both sales enablement and marketing efforts. To kickstart their journey, Partners will receive an Activation Kit that includes webinars, email messages, call scripts, a digital marketing guide, and a sales presentation.
