Connect to Teams: Notifications for workflow tasks

With the latest update of the DocuWare app for Microsoft Teams, DocuWare Cloud  users can opt to receive notifications about new workflow tasks via Teams in addition to the DocuWare workflow task lists in Teams.

As soon as the DocuWare app is updated within Teams, the help card of the DocuWare bot shows the new feature:

Using the listed commands, users can activate (or deactivate) the notifications for themselves. The system confirms the change:


Confirmation of activation

The notification lets a user open the workflow task directly in DocuWare and complete it there.

Availability
The new version of the Teams app is now available - find it in the app section of Microsoft Teams. Please  note that the notifications are initially only available in combination with DocuWare Cloud and as of DocuWare version 7.10.
