Intelligent Indexing identifies important document information. It learns from your entries and selections during the process so that next time you store a similar document, the index fields will already be identified.By default, Intelligent Indexing tries to fills in the following fields from the invoices:
- Document Type
- Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Date
- Due Date
- PO Number
- Subtotal
- Tax
- Freight
- Total
Note: The list of fields is easily modified if necessary.
