Do I need to fill in all fields during indexing?

No. Only “required fields” are necessary and they would be identified with an asterisk (*). Fields necessary for invoice processing may be identified in later tasks as required, however, the current store invoice process requires the document type, company name, invoice number, invoice date, and subsidiary ID fields.
