DocuWare‘s Support Forum provides a platform for customers and Partners to interact with other users and administrators, to both ask questions and provide advice.
The forum is available in English and German and divided into several thematic areas. In addition to discussions on technical problems and questions regarding the application and configuration of the software, the latest notices from DocuWare Support are published here, such as information on hotfixes or support times.
Even though DocuWare‘s Support Team handles the moderation, the forum primarily fosters the exchange of experiences and mutual help between DocuWare users. In the example below, a user asks a question about Connect to Outlook, which could be answered immediately by another user.

With around 1,900 topics and 5,200 posts (as of July 2017), the Support Forum offers a valuable source of information and a chance for discussion between all DocuWare users – which can take place completely outside of scheduled support times.
To submit posts in the Support Forum, a user account (free) is first required. All you need to register is a valid email address.
