The litmus test for a user conference’s success is whether attendees feel that they’ve acquired valuable information at the event. DocuWare Users were unanimous in their positive conference reviews praising both the conference content and the extensive networking opportunities.
Their enthusiasm was reflected in the comments made on our post-conference survey. One of the DocuWare team’s goals was to enable users to tap into the expertise that the team has developed through years of experience with the solution. We’re happy to report that we accomplished that objective. As one attendee said, “I came away with ideas on how we can simply improve efficiencies at our company.”
Representatives from the Product Management and Software Support teams were available throughout the conference to answer specific questions. Their on-the-spot advice was a big hit with everyone who stopped by to talk with them. As another attendee said, “I appreciated having the ability to meet with the DocuWare staff to discuss options for new initiatives.”
While there were educational sessions targeting power users and IT administrators, there were also many opportunities for less experienced users to gain deeper product knowledge. According to a first-time User Conference attendee, “As a new DocuWare User, the sessions were great for getting a better understanding of what the software can do.”
The DocuWare team looks forward to hosting future conferences and continuing to provide product training, updates and support to fit every customer’s needs.
